turkey breast roulade of ricotta, hazelnut, and sage. topped with relish of roasted butternut squash and cranberries. served atop puree of sunchokes, parsnips, and marscapone. garnished with gastrique of pomegranates and black peppercorns. crisped sage too.. =)

those photos are gorgeous...i like cooking very much...i wanna try new recipes..up here i always have a hard time trying to find ingredients...however i found a great resource www.myethnicworld.com and i thought that i pass great along as well.
